The Counsellor doesn’t save your personal data longer than needed. You can ask the Counsellor how long your personal data is saved.

The Counsellor has a data processor agreement with the business who processes data for the Counsellor to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your personal data. The Counsellor stays responsible for this data processing.

You also have the right to file a request to the Counsellor to look into and have the personal data you shared with the Counsellor sent to you.
To contact the Counsellor you can use the contact form or use the contactdetails you received from the Counsellor. The Counsellor will contact you per e-mail.
To be sure that the request is made by you, the Counsellor will ask you for a copy of your identity papers as supplemental to your request. In this copy you should cover your passphoto, MRZ (machine-readable zone), and identity numbers. This is for the protection of your privacy.
The Counsellor responds as quickly as possible, within four weeks, on your request.
How The Counsellor secures your personal data
The Counsellor takes the protection of your personal data seriously and takes actions to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, changes and publication.
This website is managed by Evenio, seated in New Zealand. The management is secured within a Data Processor Agreement between the Counsellor and the Administrator of this website. This website is hosted on servers of a hosting provider in the Netherlands who meets the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data you enter are sent to the Counsellor using a secure SSL-connection. All contactforms use this secure SSL-connection.

Although we have taken and will take security measures, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
